JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Table 301 Hospitality is seeking a versatile Social Media Coordinator with superb writing, editing, and photography skills to join the company’s fast-paced Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our Social Media Content Developer and our larger Marketing Team to aid in creating and executing multi-channel social content strategies based on individual restaurant objectives, creating original content, copywriting, as well as assisting others in the department with traditional marketing efforts and departmental support. *Our ideal candidate would be a hardworking, humble, and self-sufficient employee with a team-oriented attitude and all-around good human.

Key Responsibilities and Functions may include:

  • Assisting in planning, maintaining, and executing a month-to-month content calendar.
  • Scheduling posts across all selected platforms (currently Facebook & Instagram).
  • Demonstrate knowledge of brand image for company and restaurants and incorporate into social media content.
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels and identify best practices on ways to bring our brand voice to life on those channels.
  • Assisting in creating, managing and executing engaging social media content (including photos, videos, captions, and graphics) and campaigns across social platforms under the guidance of the Social Media Content Creator, Marketing Director and /or Creative Director.
  • Stays well-informed of localized social media trends and strategies; proactively recommends and executes actionable ideas that continuously set Table 301 as the leader in the space.
  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing team on designated projects.
  • Gather and monitor social media metrics in order to generate reports for Corporate Managers and Director teams.
  • Proficiently use project management skills to effectively manage timelines, communication, and follow-up.
  • Ability to exercise good judgement when interpreting instructions and working with the Marketing Team.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including but not limited to preparing files for print and data entry, research, and project execution.
  • Be able to help with night events or weekend events/festivals as needed.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction.
  • Ability to multitask calmly and efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Work in-person within our Downtown Greenville Corporate Office
  • Participate in and complete all corporate and department employee activities required, including but not limited to meetings, seminars, projects, and retreats.
  • Ability to stand or sit for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of our restaurants, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces.
  • Proficiency in the use and operation of all necessary tools, office equipment and software.
  • Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Table 301 Employee Handbook.
  • Must get along well with others, be a team player, and flourish in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Possess creativity, flexibility, variety and growth potential.
  • Open-minded, enthusiastic and a fast learner.
  • Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Experience & Skills – The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for optimizing uniquely diversified social media content.

  • Experience in social media marketing or management.
  • Understanding of Facebook & Instagram.
  • Experience in creating engaging photo and video content for food and lifestyle brands
  • Excellent storytelling, presenting, and communication skills; Possesses excellent research, writing and editing skills.
  • Immense knowledge of what type of content performs best on which platform.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites, Canva, CapCut
  • Results-driven and focused. Positive attitude with outstanding follow-up, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with creatives and providing creative direction and feedback to Marketing Team members.
  • Able to understand and incorporate Table 301 values and operations.
